Submit an Abstract
Submission Guidelines
Talks should be 15 minutes long with 5 minutes for questions from the audience. Please send us your abstract through the form at the bottom of this page.
Talks must result in a tangible recommendation to a specified body (e.g. a non-profit institution, local council, University, Government department, or even the United Nations), so please make sure you include which UN Sustainable Development Goal your talk aligns with, and include a summary of your policy recommendation and your target organisation.
Submission Deadline
The deadline for submitting your abstract is Friday 31st October, 2025.
Once we have received your abstract, we aim to confirm your talk within two weeks after the deadline.
Abstract submissions will be blind-reviewed by a panel of experts.
Poster Submissions
If you do not have a policy recommendation, or if your work is still in progress, but you would like to contribute and can identify a relevant UN Sustainable Development Goal for your work, we would love to hear about it. You can tell us about research links thematically, work you have done, or work you are planning to do, through an A0 poster.
You can submit your poster abstract by filling out the form below. The dealine for poster submissions will be in December 2025.
All of our speakers will, of course, be able to attend the conference free of charge, but we cannot offer accomodation. Speakers will be invited to an evening meal on day 1 – details to be confirmed in due course!
Lunch and refreshments during the conference will be provided for all attendees.
